The Finance Committee is responsible for budgetary and financial oversight and guidance of the Chapter funds, and in the absence of an Executive Director, monitoring the 501(c)(3) requirements for the state and IRS. The Finance Committee is chaired by the Treasurer, the Vice-President of Finance (if exists), or the CFO (if exists).
